Award Nomination Application

Awards are presented to recipients at the SFTA Symposium held in September of odd-numbered years. Nominations are due to the Awards Committee Chair by July 1 of odd-numbered years.

According to the criteria in the award description, please write a paragraph detailing why you feel that this person, entity or organization is deserving of this award.
Name of the teacher, school where the educator teaches, and the grade level taught. What methods, or tools did the teacher use to teach about the Santa Fe Trail?
