Required Attachements:

1. A description, text, and sketch of the proposed signage, such as markers, posts, Carsonite posts, decals, interpretive signs, or wayside exhibits, and anticipated project timeline.

2. A photocopy of SFNHT Map Supplement (found in the map supplement volume of the SFNHT Management and Use Plan) or a 7.5' USGS map with locations circled in red. Also, please indicate township, range, section, and quarter section where project is located.


And ONE of the following:


3a. Form C, Property Owner release (for markers on private property) or,

3b. For projects on public property, supply either of the following (a) a SFTA form RD or (b) written

authorization on letterhead sanctioning each logo marker placement. This authorization must be from the agency having jurisdiction (federal, state, county, city, or other) over the property where the markers are placed.
